# How To: Add Suppliers and Manufacturers

You can keep a record of the suppliers and manufacturers you use within BrewMan. This information will be required for any **Products** and **Materials** that you enter into the system.

To add a new supplier or manufacturer, go to **Contacts** \- **Suppliers** \- **Create New Business**. Enter the required information. Under Supplier Duty, enter the **Annual Production** so that any duty is correctly calculated (this is only applicable it they are an alcohol manufacturer).
