# How To: Integrate Shopify

BrewMan allows for the import of online orders created from your Shopify webshop, meaning all of your Stock, Duty, and Deliveries are kept in one place.

_Before setting up the integration, you will need to ensure that your product SKUs in your Shopify shop match the Product Codes of your Products in BrewMan._

**Ignore orders before** - Set this date to avoid bringing in **Orders** through the integration that you have already recorded in your accounts software. This is to prevent them from duplicating after processing in BrewMan. _BrewMan will will bring in any orders that are in an unarchived state._

**Run In the background** -  If set to **yes**, this will pull orders through to BrewMan automatically rather than clicking the **import now** button on the Integration page.

**Price List** - If you would like to control Shopify prices via BrewMan, select the **Price List** in BrewMan that you want your Shopify prices to be set to.   
Please note that the **Current List Price** will be used and the list must be set to **Use Gross Price**. For more information on **Price Lists** click [**here**](https://ticketing.premiersystems.com/help/article/270110).

**Send Stock Levels & Stock Levels Stock Location** - If you would like to control Shopify stock levels via BrewMan, select **yes** and then select the **Stock Location** to draw stock levels from.

**Fallback Delivery Service** - Select the **delivery service** to use when incurring delivery charges.

**Use Distribution Mapping** - If toggled to **Yes**, you will have 3 new fields. **Shipping Method Name**, **Distribution Type** and **Delivery Area**. This is so the orders can be easily mapped to delivery planning and couriers for the relevant day. It is recommended to have the outlet used set as collection by default, then map the areas that are delivery/courier so all orders are have the correct distribution type.

**Fallback Outlet** - This will be an **Outlet** specifically for your webshop. It will need to have a **Gross Price List** set up and have an **Outlet Rating** that allows orders. BrewMan will use the Distribution Type to generate the delivery date, which can be amended as needed.

**Use Multiple Locations** - Toggle to **Yes** if you are using more than one outlet in BrewMan for shopify orders, you will then  be able to assign the shopify location name to the BrewMan outlet.

Now click **Save**. You will be redirected to a new web page, input your **store name** and click **Submit** to link your store.
