Once you have emptied and removed a Vessel from an Assembly, you can record a Maintenance Process against it. This is commonly used by BrewMan customers to maintain cleaning records in the system for health and safety or food standards audits.
To do this, you must have created your own processes in Settings, use this help guide if you need further instructions:
3: Production Setup - Vessels, Maintenance and Quality Control
If a maintenance process is due on a Vessel, a red warning icon will appear and warn you before using it for a new Batch. How often the process is due must be specified in Settings for this to occur.
Go to Production - Vessel Summary, click Actions on the relevant Vessel then select Start a Maintenance Process or Open Maintenance Process.
On the Maintenance Record screen:
Select the Maintenance Process you are carrying out, confirm the Time and Date and click Complete Process.
To view a history of Maintenance for a Vessel,
Go to Production - Vessel Summary, click Actions on the relevant Vessel then select View Vessel Record.
You can select a Report Period or change Vessel and view a history of all Movements and Maintenance recorded in the system.
