# How To: Stock Transactions

The **Stock Transactions** page shows all transactions that have affected **Stock Levels** in your system. 

There are manageable columns which you can edit to show the relevant information to you. 

_All the information provided on this page is completely customisable._

You have the option of selecting a specific **Stock Location**, **Stock Group** and **Stock Item** using the drop down fields at the top of the page.

The **Date** is automatically populated with the previous week, it can be changed. However, it will revert back to the previous week each time you open this page.

**Movement Completed** - Is when the transaction was completed (For example, an order that has been delivered).

**Movement Recorded** - Is the date and time at which the stock has left your system entirely (For example, using an order again, the time at which it has been pushed to your accounts package).
