# Step 11 - System Setup

Go to **Administration → System Setup**.

All fields have a small edit button in the top right to edit that specific field.

**Currency** - this allows you to dictate how you are shown all currency in the system.

**Bottle Deposit** - this is for enabling the bottle deposit scheme.

**Credit Limit** - setting a credit limit for your customers as a default across the system (This can be done manually in each outlet).

**Date** and **Time** - choosing your date format for the system and your time zone.

**Dispatch Notifications** - this is for turning on the ability to send one or both an SMS/Email for customers when dispatching orders.

**Kegstar** - allowing the integration of kegstar to your system.

**Company Language** - for setting the language and number format used for documents and background processes.

**Product Batch Display Cutoff** - Define how long batches should be shown in the distribution app. This setting will prevent the app trying to load as many batches leading to slight delays and a drop down filled with old batches. Product batches can still be added even if they do not appear in the drop down.
