How To: Distribution Schedule

Go to Distribution → Settings → Distribution schedule.

The Distribution Schedule page is used for the set up of Delivery Areas, and the days of the week that this service can be used for distribution.

To edit the tables, use the small Edit button in the top right corner of the table. This allows you to set dates, areas and days for these delivery services.

  • Lead Time (Days) - This creates the difference in days between the dispatch date and the delivery date, for example, if the deliveries for a particular area take 3 days to arrive at the outlet from the initial dispatch date then the lead time would be 3.

  • Allow Same Day Dispatch Cut Off - This will dictate whether the cut off time prevents orders being dispatched on the day they are placed. For example, when set to yes if your van leaves at 12noon and you have a cut off time of 10am this will include and orders created before this time on that day. If this is set to no, then the time stated will prevent orders dispatch day being tomorrow.

  • Dispatch Cut Off Time - The time that will be used for distribution cut off times.

The Delivery Defaults box allows you to set the Default Stop Minutes per delivery.

The final box is to add your Couriers and which days they would come to collect orders.
