BrewMan allows for the import of orders from the EPOS Now platform meaning you can automate your order entry to keep track of your stock and duty payments easily.
You will require the EPOS Now API app which can be purchased on the EPOS Now app store.
You will also need to update the SKUs on your EPOS Now Products to match the relevant BrewMan Product Codes to be able to import orders successfully.
Client API Key - Generate an Authorisation Token from the EPOS Now API app and enter the token into the field.
Service Charge Stock Item - Add a BrewMan Product to cover the EPOS Now service charge.
*Linked BrewMan Outlet - Assign an outlet which will represent EPOS Now. Orders will then be assigned to this Outlet. Setting this outlet as a retail outlet will mean orders posted to accounts at the same time will merge together under one invoice number.
Price List - Select the Price List in BrewMan that you want your EPOS Now prices to be set to. Please note the list must be set to Use Gross Price. For more information on Price Lists click here.
Ignore Orders Before - Set this date to avoid bringing Orders through to BrewMan that you have already recorded in your accounting software. This is to prevent them from duplicating after being processed in BrewMan.
Run Automatically? - If set to yes, this will pull orders through to BrewMan automatically rather than clicking the import now button on the Integration page.
Please note - Stock Locations are mapped by name meaning If the EPOS Now stock location matches a Stock Location from BrewMan, stock counts will be updated accordingly.
